User Reviews Meh...   Have to agree with the sentiment other recent reviews -- when you pay less than a nickel for a case, you get what you pay for. It's hard plastic -- not rubber -- and the black paint has been wearing off quite a bit over the past month. Little chips and snaps have appeared pretty much since purchase. Ended up snapping a small piece of the side off in my pocket the same day I received it. The side featuring said snapped off piece finally busted today, a hair over three months after I ordered it. Kudos to the seller for fast shipping, but back to the drawing board for me. Not rubber but hard plastic.   It is not rubber but hard plastic. I would have returned it if I had paid more. Bought three - two broke after two weeks.   I bought three of these as my sister, brother-in-law and myself have this phone and for the price I figured I would get everyone one. After one week, both the case on my phone and my sisters phone started to break at the top of the case on both sides where it snaps together. My brother-in-law discarded his when it showed signs of doing the same. It's not worth it to dispute quality with the vendor, but I am irritated with the amount spent on shipping each one for them to break completely after only a couple weeks use. Works if you never need to remove it.   You get what you pay for here (which isn't enough to worry about); I am not upset with the fact that the case snapped when I tried to remove it to put a screen protector on my phone. I did in fact use the correct notch placed in the side of the case that is apparently for the purpose of removing the case, but the case is to thin to support its rigidity during the slight twist caused when removing the case. The phone this thing is meant for will occasionally need to be opened up for either the battery or the SD card, so I recommend looking else were for a case. Not bad.   It's not bad, saved me from having to get another phone.. its easy to get on, its cheap, and it will protect the device like its supposed to. The only thing is that its a bit hard to get off. I have to use a flat head screwdriver to get it off.
