User Reviews Not the best   I wanted a good protein powder and this one was found to be the better one from Amazon. It contains a mix of different proteins and I like that. It is No : 2 in best seller category of Protein powder and most of the other brands contained artificial sweeteners and unhealthy ingredients. But to my surprise, I fund that this item also contains some dangerous ingredients. A person told me that there is a little high Cadmium content in it. Now I take this powder only every other day. It is a little bit sweet and I don't know why a brand like BSN needed to sweeten this product with artificial sweeteners. It forms chunks when mixed in milk or water with a spoon. But if you use a juicer, it gets dissolved easily. If the ingredients were of high quality & if it was not sweet, I would have given it a 5 star. Now I will better go for Natures Best Isopure Natural Low Carb Unflavored brand. Very good protein   I love this protein. I have tried the Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana and Chocolate flavors. My daughter loves their chocolate Mocchiato (sp?) flavor..I dont as Im not a huge fan of chocolate (but the chocolate did taste fine) or coffee flavored proteins. But I would highly recommend it to everyone. I normally drink it with 4 oz regular room temperature water, and it still tastes great! Ive also had it blended as a smoothie with banana and soy milk and its even better. But out of convenience I just put some water and the protein in my shaker while at work..quick and easy! Ive noticed it helps reduce my appetite and helps with my lean muscle!! I love this stuff! Tastes amazing.   But it has real cookie pieces in it. So it's not that lean or healthy of protein but if your looking for flavor this is AMAZING!!!! great flavor   this is my second best favor in the syntha-6 line. my first is choc-peanut butter BSN syntha 6   there are better products than this.
